We come together to explore the ethical underpinnings of our respective faiths and our shared dedication to non-violence, reconciliation, justice and peace.
Every first Sunday of the month, Plum Village UK offers a Morning of Mindfulness led by UK Lay Dharma Teachers, Members of the Order of Interbeing, Monastic Dharma Teachers and special guests.
In this new 6-week course we explore together how to bring the 5 Mindfulness Trainings (5MTs) more fully into our lives, using them as practical guidance and spiritual friends on our intended path of living mindfully. For other start dates, please visit our Eventbrite tickets page.

This long weekend is a time to explore and deepen our connection with the Earth. We will spend time outdoors in the beautiful grounds of The Burn, touching our interbeing with all of life through meditation, Dharma teachings and nature practices. Mindful breathing, songs, Dharma sharing and time for rest help us weave a nourishing, uplifting time of togetherness.
The retreat will be led by UK Dharma teachers Murray Corke and Angie Searle at Ilkley Retreat and Conference Centre in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. It will also be available on Zoom for those who prefer that or who are unable to attend in person. We will explore the wisdom and related teachings of the discourse on The Better Way to Live Alone.
