Mindful Morning – Sunday 5 May | 10:00 – 12:00 BST

To reflect our fundraising campaign theme of Cultivating Love for the month of May, this month’s Mindful Morning will offer a panel of speakers made up of representatives from Wake Up, Rainbow Sangha, Family Sangha and one of our new trainee Dharma teachers.

Teri West will be the host.

The expected format will be –

  • 10:00 – Guided Meditation
  • 10:20 – Each panelist will share what Love in Relationships means to them – interpreted in whatever context they wish – after which there will be a Q&A
  • 11:00-ish – A short break, followed by open Dharma Sharing for those that wish to stay for this
  • 12:00 – Close, probably preceded a song together.

It will be lovely to see you there.
