Practise Mindfulness

Gain a grounding in mindfulness or refresh your practice

Why practise mindfulness?

Mindfulness and meditation helps us to live a fuller and happier life, by being fully focused on the present moment, not absorbed in regrets, plans, worries or other thoughts.

By practising mindfulness we create stillness, allowing us to see more clearly what brings us happiness and what causes suffering. With this awareness, we can make positive choices in everyday life.

Mindfulness is rooted in Buddhist meditation, with effects verified by neuroscience, and as such is open to non-Buddhists and Buddhists alike.
