Touch the Earth: a mindfulness retreat at Wiston Lodge

This retreat, led by Murray Corke and Dene Donalds, will explore the causes of climate change, what we can do to prevent further damage, and how we can maintain our sense of well-being in the face of the changes this involves. The programme will include meditation, talks, discussion and walking in the beautiful grounds.

About the teacher
Murray Corke is a Dharma teacher in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, with a lifetime interest in the environment. He is a member of the Earth Care working group in the Community of Interbeing.

Dene Donalds is a lay Dharma teacher in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. He has offered much of his life to socially engaged action.
