‘Being Peace Sangha’ evenings provide a space for practising together, building Being Peace Sangha and providing updates and progress on establishing our UK Practice Centre.

11 Feb 2024 - 11 Feb 2024

Next “Being Peace Sangha” evening: Sunday 14th April, 7 – 8:30 pm London time

Things are moving ahead quickly with this initiative, and the The Steering Group look forward to sharing good news at this meeting.  Further details will be published in the invitation/reminder that will be issued a few days beforehand, so as to be quite up to date.

‘It is possible that the next Buddha will not take the form of an individual.  The next Buddha could take the form of a community – a community practising understanding and loving kindness – a community practising mindful living.  This might be the most important action we can take for the survival of the earth.’

‘Being Peace Sangha’ evenings generally take place on the second Sunday of every other month, running from 7 – 8:30 pm London time

The meetings include practice offered by UK Dharma Teachers, updates on how we are progressing with establishing our centre and how to become involved, and an opportunity to put questions to the centre project steering group.
The meetings are open to all comers with an interest in this joyous project: to create a lasting, living memorial for Thay, here in the UK.

Enquiries are welcome and may be sent to beingpeace@plumvillage.uk
