We are delighted to announce that a team of nuns and monks from Plum Village will be leading a Spring retreat for us in the heart of the New Forest this May. It will be the first time for several years the monastics have been able to come to the UK and this event will be the first of its kind. It is being jointly organised by members of Heart of London and Wake Up London, plus Plum Village friends.
We look forward to a weekend of calm, joy and connection with meditation, teachings, and sharing circles, plus time to simply relax and spend time together in nature at this beautiful location. All ages and levels of experience are welcome and there will be a separate programme for children and teens. The journey is less than two hours from London door to door with easy connections by train and bus, and a similar distance from Brighton or Bristol.
Bookings start after 13th March via website below. Please be aware this retreat may fill up quickly.
Venue
Foxlease Activity Centre Clay Hill Lyndhurst SO43 7D Foxlease is a manor house set in 65 acres of land.
