Mindfulness practice can seem an impossible challenge for many people who live with neurodiversity. However, with a sensitive approach, mindfulness practices can be accessible, healing and worthwhile to anyone who identifies as neurodiverse. It is all a matter of adaptation and creativity.
Our guide for the morning will be Sylvia Clare – a founder member of the ‘Be Calm, Be Happy’ course leaders’ team, author of ‘Living with and Loving ADHD’ and ‘Neurodiversity’, co-authored with her husband David about their journey to accept her diagnosis of ADHD within a loving marriage, with mindfulness practice and psychology at the heart of their journey.
