Join us for a nourishing Day of Mindfulness, focused on healing ourselves and the Earth. This unique opportunity to practice together with Plum Village monastics will include teachings by monastics, guided sitting and walking meditation, Dharma sharing and eating lunch mindfully together.
Please bring your own vegetarian or vegan packed lunch. Free hot drinks are provided. Disabled access is via the side entrance.
Doors open at 9:30am, with free hot drinks, for 10 o’clock sharp start. Day of Mindfulness ends at 4 pm. (If you’re not able to stay all afternoon but can arrive by 10 am and stay until after lunch, you’re welcome to join us)
