Final session – Harvest

We’ve been meeting monthly for over two years, and a lovely group of fellow creatives has grown. This final session for now offers an opportunity to contemplate the theme of harvest together. As gardens, allotments and fields are offering an abundance of good things for us to harvest, what might we harvest on the inner level? What have we grown individually and together in these two years of creative explorations? We invite you to join us for an evening of slowing down with meditation and arriving in the Here & Now. From that place of connection with our body, mind and heart, we embark once more on creative exercises to tap into playfulness, ease and inspiration.

Contribution

Four levels of pricing available, please choose the one that’s right for your circumstances: £5/10/15/20. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and is supporting Joe’s and Susanne’s work. If you need a further reduction please contact us. A percentage will be donated to the Choose Earth charity, a ‘Choose Love’ campaign standing with Brazilian indigenous leaders.

Community

Our vision is to build sangha/community around the healing and nourishing experiences of mindfulness, creativity, deep listening, play, relaxation and togetherness. It’s a great joy to see this slowly happening – connections are growing, people are coming back, and a good few regulars are joining every month.

Facilitators

Susanne Olbrich is a pianist, music educator and mindfulness teacher. She discovered mindfulness practice in 1996 with Thich Nhat Hanh at Plum Village and became a Dharma teacher in 2016. Susanne loves sounds and silence and offers courses, retreats, workshops and 1-to-1 work.

Joe Holtaway is a singer song writer and workshop leader. His songs and playing are inspired by a folk music upbringing and involvements in peace and social justice movements. For many years he has been involved with education as a group singing facilitator.
