Swallowtail Sangha

Our group meets on the first and third Mondays of the month, in Norwich from 7pm to 9pm. Also we meet on the second Saturday of the month for a Mindfulness walk from 9:00am. Please ask primary contact for details (locations on map are approximate).

We call ourselves “The Swallowtail Sangha” after a beautiful and rare butterfly that is found in the nearby Norfolk Broads.
