Sunflower Sangha (Pangbourne, Berkshire)

The Sunflower Sangha meets monthly (usually 3rd Sunday of the month) at the Dolphin Centre, Dolphin House, Whitchurch Rd, Pangbourne, Reading RG8 7DA at 19:00 – 20:30.

Together we will have a check-in, guided and walking meditations, some teaching to reflect on, and time for sharing our insights and experiences with the practice (Dharma Sharing).

Everyone is welcome to join our meditation evenings, whether you are a beginner or a more experienced meditator – no commitment is required.
