The North Star Sangha
We now meet on zoom and in-person alternate weeks.
Thursday evenings we meet via zoom: 7.30pm-9.00pm
Friday mornings we meet in-person: 10.00am-12 midday
Roughly every quarter, we hold days of mindfulness where we link with other Sanghas in the North of Scotland.
