We meet every Tuesday evening. The first and third Tuesday of the month we meet in person a few minutes walk from St John’s Wood underground station, just north of Regents Park.
These meetings last from 7pm to 8.30pm. All other Tuesdays we meet on Zoom from 7pm to 8pm.
We practice walking, sitting and guided meditations in a small group as well as sharing our experiences in meditation and Buddhism.
