Rolling Tide Sangha

The Rolling Tide Sangha – Kendal meet in-person on the second Tuesday evening of the month. On all other Tuesday evenings, we meet online. In-person meetings take place at a members house. We meet around 7.20pm to settle and begin at 7.30pm, with meetings ending around 9.15pm.

On all other Tuesdays we meet online with meetings running 7.30pm (room open from 7.15pm to gather and settle) – 9pm. For details of joining online meetings please email the contact address given.

The 2nd and 4th Tuesdays are suitable for beginners and the 3rd Tuesday is a study group suitable for more experienced practitioners

We have Days of Mindfulness throughout the year and Mindful Fell Walking events in South Lakeland. Anyone interested in joining is welcome.

We have a sister Rolling Tide Sangha that meets in Lancaster on other days.
