Rolling Tide Sangha -Kendal

The Rolling Tide Sangha – Kendal meet in-person on the second Tuesday evening of the month. On all other Tuesday evenings, we meet online. We have Days of Mindfulness throughout the year and Mindful Fell Walking events in South Lakeland. Anyone interested in joining is welcome.

In-person meetings take place at Cancer Care. We meet around 7.20pm to settle and begin at 7.30pm, with meetings ending around 9.15pm. Cancer Care is opposite the bus station and has a car park between the building and the road. The car park is free after 6pm. Our room is straight on past reception and to the right.

On all other Tuesdays we meet online with meetings running 7.30pm (room open from 7.15pm to gather and settle) – 9pm. For details of joining online meetings please email the contact address given.
