Kendal Rolling Tide Sangha

The Rolling Tide Sangha – Kendal meet in-person on the second and fourth Tuesday evening of the month. On all other Tuesday evenings, we meet online. We have Days of Mindfulness throughout the year and Mindful Fell Walking events in South Lakeland. Anyone interested in joining is welcome.

In-person meetings take place at Kendal United Reformed Church Parish Rooms, 106 Highgate, Kendal, LA9 4HE. We meet around 7.20pm to settle and begin at 7.30pm, with meetings ending around 9.15pm. The building door faces towards Milne and Moser Solicitors, and is to the left of the arch way. Enter the building and turn right following the corridor to the far end of the building.

On all other Tuesdays we meet online with meetings running 7.30pm (room open from 7.15pm to gather and settle) – 9pm. For details of joining online meetings please email the contact address given.
