EarthZen Dumfries

Our EarthZen Dumfries sangha is a small group that meets regularly together on Monday evenings on Zoom. Arrival is from 19:30 for a 19:40 start, entering  35 mins of silent meditation together.
We walk for 5 minutes and then sit down to discuss Dharma.
We usually finish around 21:00.
Our group brings interesting backgrounds together, Theravada, Tibetan and Zen among the Buddhist backgrounds as well as Christian and Hindu heritages.
