Dulwich Sangha
The Dulwich Sangha is a long-established sangha. It was started by Maire Pompe, our oldest member and “Holder of the Lamp” in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, but we also welcome people from all traditions.
The format of the evening is inspired by Plum Village.

The weekly meetings are held either online or in person: they alternate between online only meetings and hybrid meetings.
Hybrid meetings offer the choice of meeting in person in one of our members’ home in the Dulwich area, or online.
Evening meetings are either 7 – 9 pm or 7 – 8.30 pm
Every Thursday, some of our members meet up between 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm for a mindfulness walk.
There are also occasional in person sittings in the home of one of our members in the Greenwich area on Sundays between 6.30 pm and 8.30 pm
One of our members holds a Sangha social event at her home twice a year.
