We are a warm and welcoming group who meet every Monday evening from 7.30 – 9pm to practice mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Although we have a core group who meet every week, it is a drop in so people can come along whenever they can.
Our practice normally includes a guided meditation, walking meditation, silent meditation and mindful sharing. On the first Monday of every month we meet earlier at 7.15pm for informal sharing, tea and cake. Occasionally, we meet for Mindfulness days to allow us to immerse ourselves more deeply in the practice.
