Going as a River – our new podcast!
Going as a River is our new podcast, launching this week. As part of a global family of lay and monastic organisations, we share and support the Plum Village mindfulness practices developed by Zen Master Thích Nh?t H?nh – a unique, accessible, and joyful form of applied Buddhism known as The Plum Village Tradition.
This podcast brings together Dharma talks, music, guided meditations, and heartfelt conversations, offering inspiration and support for those drawn to living mindfully in today’s world.
Going as a River draws on the wisdom of Th?y and his many students to help us come home to ourselves, to one another, and to the Earth.
