EMBRACE Sangha brings a neuro-informed and trauma-sensitive lens to mindfulness as it is practiced in the Plum Village Community of Engaged Buddhism in order to support a resilient and harmonious community.
The Sangha is educating practitioners, individually and collectively, to gain deeper understanding of themselves and the practices through this lens, so that they can derive the maximum benefit from the practice, and address certain challenges that may arise due to a lack of understanding of the practice.
EMBRACE reflects the intention to Embrace Mindfulness-Based Resilience to Awaken Community Empowerment.
This session will be a live Q&A with Jo-Ann Rosen and EMBRACE Sangha CTC, for those who are new to EMBRACE work. Please watch this Workshop Recording – an introduction to neuroscience and trauma informed mindfulness practice as a prerequisite to attend the Q&A.
After the session, you will have an opportunity to join Study Groups starting in February and deepen the understanding of the trauma-informed mindfulness practice to better support your own practice and our community.
