Experience how mindfulness can transform your life in this weekend course based at York, based on the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh.
Zen wisdom provides a way to peace within ourselves and serenity in the face of suffering. Learn how you can bring meditative awareness to everything that you do.
The weekend will be interactive, with a mixture of guided meditations, group discussions, and practical exercises.
All our courses are led by practitioners with many years experience. Although rooted in Buddhist meditation techniques, Zen is not a belief system and the course is suitable for those of all faiths or none –Â everyone is welcome.
