Sangha Friends – Murray and Thor are inviting you to the Sangha Sailing Holiday from July 6th – 13th.
We have booked three Hunters 4 berth boats to sail on the northern rivers of the Norfolk Broads (see www.huntersyard.co.uk for details of the boats). We shall be living and sleeping on the boats in shared cabins. Previous sailing holidays have been very enjoyable and a natural route into mindfulness. Each boat will have an experienced skipper, so if you have not sailed for a while that is not a problem!

You need to be aware that if you come on this holiday, you do so at your own risk. The Norfolk Broads are relatively safe as a sailing venue. Lifejackets are provided with the boats and you are encouraged to wear a lifejacket when on deck. We will have third party insurance for the boats.
