With Senior UK Dharma Teacher Mhairi (Vari) McLuskie
How does our Zen practice relate to those of the Celtic Ancestors of our lands? How can we be inspired by their examples and appreciate these roots?
Vari will reflect on these questions and offer insights from her own practice and study on the Celtic Festival of Imbolc.
The morning will include a guided meditation, followed by a talk by Vari. After a short break, there will be an opportunity for Dharma sharing in groups.
