Join us on Sunday 7th April, from 2 till 5.30pm, for a child, teen and parent centred afternoon of mindfulness led by the monastics from Plum Village, the Zen monastery established by Thich Nhat Hanh.
The monastics have kindly offered this event specifically for families, so it is a very precious and rare opportunity to be in their presence, learning through mindful games, singing and play. Together, we will joyfully plant seeds of peace, relaxation and awareness in our children as well as offering a chance for parents to strengthen their practice.
Bringing up children is rewarding yet challenging, taking refuge in our sangha can support and nourish us. The Plum Village monastics live and work in a strong community. Learning from them can inspire us to bring more peace and harmony into our families.
