We invite you to join us for our all-ages mindful picnic. We will be gathering at the Peace Pagoda, located by river side, at 11.00am and we aim to finish around 3.00-3.30pm, but you are welcome to join us at any point of the programme below.
Please remember to bring a pack lunch and drinks for your family, and a picnic blanket. If the weather forecast is not favourable, we will email everybody to confirm whether we’re going ahead or not, so please check your email inbox the night before.

Dietary needs and allergies
Our sangha has a vegetarian/vegan orientation, so if possible please bring vegetarian/vegan food. With regards to sharing food with children (either during shared snack time, or we are aware that children sometimes share snacks spontaneously) could we please ask parents to keep an eye on this.  Always check with a child’s parent whether they are allowed to share food or snacks and what they can have. One of our young members has a severe intolerance to gluten.
