The Earth Care Sangha is a supportive space for all people to come together to practise mindfulness in the midst of the climate and nature crises.
Rooted in the Plum Village tradition, we will offer a guided sitting meditation, a reading or online teaching, and ample time for Dharma sharing in a small group.
In time, we hope to develop practices that transform our feelings of despair and helplessness, and find concrete ways to heal ourselves and all beings on this beautiful planet.
We welcome you to join us on the third Monday of every month between 7-8:30pm
