Zen wisdom provides a way to peace within ourselves and serenity in the face of suffering. Week by week, learn how you can bring meditative awareness to everything that you do.
Each weekly session will be interactive, with a mixture of guided meditations, group discussions, and practical exercises.
All our courses are led by practitioners with many years experience. Although rooted in Buddhist meditation techniques, Zen is not a belief system and the course is suitable for those of all faiths or none –Â everyone is welcome.
