We are a welcoming, supportive and inclusive Sangha. Together we enjoy the mindfulness practices of Plum Village, inspired by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. These include guided, silent and slow walking meditation. We also read Plum Village texts together and listen to Dharma talks and practice Dharma sharing and singing together.
The 2nd Friday of each month, 7 – 8.45pm and the 4th Wednesday of each month, 1 – 2.45pm
