We’re recruiting: Finance Manager and new roles opening at the Being Peace Centre

We are delighted to share that Plum Village UK and Being Peace Practice Centre are now recruiting for a number of meaningful right livelihood roles.

We warmly invite expressions of interest for the following opportunities:

Plum Village UK Finance Manager (3 days/week, hybrid working)
providing financial and operational management across our growing organisation, ensuring robust financial systems, accurate reporting, and sustainable resource management that aligns with our values of transparency, simplicity, and right livelihood.

Being Peace Operations Manager (full time, based at Being Peace Centre, flexible working welcome)
will be looking after our day-to-day operations, co-ordinating the work of our resident lay community and service retreatants to ensure that the site is ready to welcome retreatants. 

Being Peace Kitchen Coordinators (2x roles, part-time)
are responsible for providing nourishing, mindful meals in a supportive practice environment, ensuring that provision of meals at the Centre is covered throughout the week. 

Being Peace Maintenance Coordinator (2 days/week)
is regularly caring for our physical space and ensuring the Centre remains a safe, welcoming, and beautiful environment for practice. This role combines hands-on maintenance work with coordination of minor contractors, volunteers, and the resident community.
