Gaiatree Family Sangha
The families that are currently part of the Sangha have children ranging in age from 5-15 years.
We usually share a meditation together, do some mindful walking and playing, share a cup of tea and some snacks and dharma sharing is often informal due to the age range in the Sangha. It’s a wonderfully supportive circle.
