In-person meetings on the first and third Tuesday of the month 

We meet at the Kailash Centre in St John’s Wood.  In-person meetings last from 7pm to 8.30pm. We practice walking, sitting and guided meditations in a small group as well as sharing our experiences in the path.

The building may be locked before 6.45pm so please don’t come before. Please make every effort to arrive on time. We normally offer a cup of herbal tea at the beginning of the meeting.

There is lots of free parking after 6.30pm. There is a disabled parking bay outside the front door. There is limited, paid parking in side streets before 6.30pm. For more information look at: www.kailashcentre.org

Zoom meeting details – every second and fourth Tuesday of the month 

Zoom meetings last one hour from 7pm to 8pm. They take place on the second and fourth weeks of the month.
