We practice in Thay’s tradition so a typical evening may include a tune in, meditation, a reading and some Dharma discussion. There are usually five or six attending, although others sometimes come and join us. Two of us have taken the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings. The Sangha started about 12 years ago.
We meet on Mondays in Wivenhoe, Colchester. All are welcome.
