Marlow Sangha

Set up in March 2025, Marlow Sangha meets the first Sunday of each month, 7-9pm, in the Garden Room at Liston Hall. Our meetings offer a mix of guided sitting meditation, mindful movements, dharma sharing, and walks in the fields, the bluebell woods or along the river!

Everyone is invited, from absolute “beginners” to experienced practitioners, from Marlow and the wider area. Tea, fruit and cake are often invited too!
