Deep Listening Sangha

Deep Listening Sangha UK is a Sangha that originally met by telephone.  It first manifested 20 years ago for people who want to stay connected to the Plum Village practice (as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh) but who cannot get to a face-to-face Sangha for whatever reason.

Our practice garden has grown and we offer the following, all UK Time.

·      DLS Wednesday – Alternate Wednesdays by teleconference at 19:00-20:00

·      DLS Tuesday – Alternate Tuesdays by Zoom at 20:00-21:00

·      DLS Sunday – Every Sunday by Zoom at 09:00-10.00

·      DLS Daily Meditation – Monday to Saturday by teleconference at 09:00-09:20

We practice guided meditation, listen to a reading, and get to know each other by sharing our practice experiences.  We suggest that you might want to initially join the core meetings DLS Tuesday and/or DLS Wednesday to get to know us and the Plum Village tradition practice and it is okay if this is not possible.
