We’re offering a space for all people to come and practice mindfulness together.
The meetings will involve guided meditations, walking meditations, silent meditation, readings and a space to share and listen mindfully.
We will follow the guidance of Thich Nhat Hanh, however we aim to be a group open to all faiths and traditions
