An opportunity to practise over a period of time with meditation exercises offered by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, designed to touch deeply and transform our most difficult feelings and emotions.

We will be practising with two exercises from Thich Nhat Hanh’s ‘The Blooming of a Lotus’ that support us in recognising the roots of our difficult feelings and learning how to transform them.
Each exercise will be the focus for 3 evenings, and recordings of the guided meditations will be available to work with in between meetings.
The course is limited to 10 participants who are able to be present for all six evenings and have an established meditation practice, though not necessarily in the Plum Village tradition.
The evenings will include checking-in with each other, the guided meditation and sharing in the whole group including course leaders.
This is a ticketed event with limited spaces and a waiting list.
