18 May 2022 - 27 Jul 2022

6 Wednesday evenings from 18:30 – 20:30 UK Time

18th & 25th May, 1st June, 13th, 20th & 27th July 2022

Led by UK Dharma Teacher Teri West and Senior member of our Core Community Gary Greenberg. This course will be offered in two parts; of 3 evenings each.

We will be practising with two exercises from Thich Nhat Hanh’s ‘The Blooming of a Lotus’ that support us in recognising the roots of our difficult feelings and learning how to transform them.

Each exercise will be the focus for 3 evenings, and recordings of the guided meditations will be available to work with in between meetings.

The course is limited to 10 participants who are able to be present for all six evenings and have an established meditation practice, though not necessarily in the Plum Village tradition.

The evenings will include checking-in with each other, the guided meditation and sharing in the whole group including course leaders.
