Aspiration to be your authentic self. That’s what brings growth, acceptance, peace, love, compassion in oneself and others.
My aspiration for this year is to remember to generate joy and happiness in myself when things are difficult and keep fresh.
I’m going to keep repeating to myself “I am here for you” when I feel worried/unhappy/ afraid
Realisation that gratitude is a precursor to joy
