‘Zen and the Art of Healing the Planet’ a Day of Mindfulness, 10 am to 4 pm on October 30th

Thich Nhat Hahn said that as climate change is the result of lack of mindfulness, the answer is mindfulness! This Day of Mindfulness on climate change and the related challenges that we face, will include guided meditation, a Dharma talk, Touching the Earth in Mindfulness and a workshop on how our practice can support our happiness and make a difference in the world.
