Stepping into FreedomGetting to know our mind

About this event

How can we develop more concentration? What does it mean to let go of a view or habitual pattern? How can we allow ourselves more freedom to think, and to experience the world?

This weekend explores some answers to these questions with dharma teachers Murray Corke and Dene Donalds. The wisdom of the Sutra on the Full Awareness of Breathing will be used as the basis for the teaching. We will focus on working with our mental formations, and making our mind happy and free, with a deeper connection with reality. We will have the opportunity to practice mindfulness throughout the retreat and enjoy connecting with the Sangha. In this environment we can relax and make space to look deeply into the teachings and to integrate them with our own experience.
