This series of retreats is for those with an established mindfulness practice. The Three Doors of Liberation: Signlessness, Aimlessness and Emptiness, offer ways to develop freedom from habitual patterns that can make us inflexible, goal-oriented and isolated.
Thich Nhat Hanh wrote: ‘When we see things or listen to other people, we often don’t see clearly or really listen. We see and hear our projections and our prejudices. We are not clear enough, and we have a wrong perception.’
‘We live with wrong perceptions every day. Whenever we perceive anything, we have to ask the question, “Are you sure your perception is right?”’
Signlessness helps us to go beyond outward appearances and towards perceiving things with increased understanding and compassion.
This retreat is for anyone who wishes to add depth and clarity to their practice, and to build friendship and community with other practitioners.
The retreat will be held online using Zoom from 26th to 28th February 2021, and will be facilitated by Dharma teachers Jane Coatesworth and Teri West.
A suggested donation for this retreat is £60.00, depending on your financial state.
