We welcome you to this short seminar in which we will share information with you regarding the three courses offered by Plum Village UK,

- Looking Deeply
- Living Mindfully
We will briefly summarise each course, indicating who it is aimed at and how the courses lead into each other, creating a deepening path of Plum Village mindfulness and practice supported by Sangha.
After a short presentation there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
By the end of this session, we hope you will have more clarity about what each of the 3 courses offer and be able to enthusiastically recommend them to your Sanghas, new enquiries and family and friends who may be interested.
Session overview
This session will take place over zoom on Wednesday 26th April 2023 at 7pm UK time. It will last approximately one hour. The seminar is free to attend, and you need to register to receive the zoom link for attendance.
Who is the seminar for?
This seminar is aimed at those within the PVUK community who have roles of sharing information with others. This could be within Sanghas you attend, as a facilitator or Sangha contact, or as a Dharma teacher, Order member or Trustee. However, all community members are welcome to come and find out more.
It would be wonderful to have representatives from every PVUK Sangha.
Seminar Leaders
This seminar is offered by Dharma Teacher Vari McLuskie and Course Co-ordinator Dr. Lauri Bower.
Through their own practice they have experienced firsthand the healing and transformational aspects of this practice. This has led both to want to share the teachings of Thay with others and they have been instrumental in writing, developing, and delivering the courses, along with other Course Leaders.
